The little siblings Ji Ho and Seon Ho live on their own without a protector. They lost their mother to a hit-and-run accident and their father has been wandering all around the nation trying to catch the culprit. But they valiantly live every day loving each other. One day, they receive a phone call from the police station, which makes them misunderstand without a second thought.

Touring a repossessed château, a film location scout falls for its flirtatious representative, who recounts the story of an influential book written there. But is their present-tense connection for real, or just a projection of the book’s 17th Century characters?

Simon is an intelligent and privileged young man whose family expects him to become a Princeton graduate. The studio setting is arranged as a theater in the round, (hence the show's name) echoing the seating arrangement of the Globe. The opening act is a humorous rendition of the "play within a play", Pyramus and Thisbe (Act V, Scene I) from William Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream, with Paul McCartney as Pyramus, John Lennon as his lover Thisbe, George Harrison as Moonshine, and Starr as Lion.

After reuniting with his mother in Ho Chi Minh City, a family tragedy causes Binh to flee from Viet Nam to America. Landing in New York, Binh begins a road trip to Texas, where his American father is said to live.
